Remember: During school holidays, the OLS, Study Island, Think Through Math, Khan Academy, and anything else you use on the computer are all OPEN and ACCESSIBLE to you. You do not HAVE to do any work, but if you need to, it is open to you. There will be no Class Connects / Study Halls / Kmails / or Phone Calls to Homeroom Teachers at this time. Homeroom teachers will be off for Spring Break as well. First day back from Spring Break is Monday, March 23rd. Have a great break!

Remember to have 100% of your February Pathway assignments completed with all blue ribbons by NOON on 03/06. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Remember: Your Benchmark tests, Study Island blue ribbon expectations, and OLS percentage expectations (based on your start date) are ALL due by 11:59pm CST this Thursday, 01/15/2015. NO Class Connects this week. Friday, 01/16 and Monday, 01/19 are both holidays! Stay warm!

The end of this 1st Quarter is THIS FRIDAY by 5pm CST! All work in the OLS needs to be completed up to at least the minimum expected percentage (based on your start date). You can look this up on p. 71 of the Parent Orientation Guide. Your Study Island PATHWAYS assignments need to be completed by this time as well. Both of these things are VERY IMPORTANT to your grade for Quarter 1.

Every student at K12 Texas has classes in Class Connect that they are REQUIRED to attend as a part of their grade in the grade book. Would YOU like to get OUT of that REQUIREMENT?!? EACH WEEK in the Trailblazer (for TXVA) and Scholars (for TOPS) there are Study Island assignments listed that would count for those requirements in the class connect. The trick?!? You have to earn a BLUE RIBBON in that assignment listed by no later than 11:00pm CST on the Monday BEFORE the Class Connects start. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, what are you waiting for?!? Mondays are "get out of class connect with study island" day! Let's do this!!!!
08/25/14:

Also, all of the WOL Class Connect sessions were recorded. You can go back to the week of 08/25 - 08/29 and watch the recording anytime you'd like to get a refresher on information, if you ever need to. Thank you!
